Internal regulations
This establishment is regulated by Decree 47/2004, of 10 February, on Hotel Establishments, published in the Official Gazette of the Andalusian Regional Government (BOJA), no. 42, of 3 March 2004.
Article 13 of the Decree stipulates that the Establishment may have its own Internal Regulations, which must be complied with by the establishment's clients.
1. Hotel establishments may have their own internal regulations, which shall establish rules that must be complied with by users during their stay.
2. The internal regulations that may exist shall specify, as a minimum, the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and favours the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services, without contravening the provisions of the Law on Tourism or the present Decree.
3. The owners of hotel establishments may request the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who do not comply with the internal regulations or who attempt to access or remain in the same for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33.2 of the Law on Tourism.
4. The internal regulations must be approved and certified as regards hotel accommodation by the Regional Ministry of Tourism and Sport; their approval and certification shall also affect complementary services when the owner of the operation directs them exclusively to the persons accommodated, in which case they shall be expressly contemplated in the regulations and indicative signs shall be placed to that effect. It shall be understood to be approved if, after a period of one month from its receipt at the aforementioned Regional Ministry, it has not been returned to its holder duly authenticated, from which date it may be displayed to the public and its application may proceed.
5. The internal regulations shall always be available to users and shall be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible place at the reception of the establishment.
1.- The owner of the accommodation may require those who make a reservation to pay an advance payment as a deposit, which shall be understood to be on account of the resulting amount for the services provided. If the cancellation of the reservation is not made seven days before the date set for occupying the room, the amount received as a deposit will remain at the disposal of the company.
2.- Users must pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice, in the same establishment or under the agreed conditions.
3.- Two or more people will not be allowed to stay in the double rooms contracted for single use, in which case the rate established for double use will be paid. In general, no more people will be allowed in the room than the capacity foreseen for the same.
4.- The car park will be for the exclusive use of hotel guests, from the signing of the accommodation contract until the day of departure, upon request and payment (10€ per night in winter, 20€ per night in summer. VAT included). Please respect the dividing lines so as not to occupy more than one pitch.
5.- Timetable:
- The booking of accommodation begins at 14:00 hours on the first day of the contracted booking period and ends at 10:00 hours on the designated day of departure. Occupancy for longer than the established time, without prior agreement, will entail the obligation to pay for an extra day. Only on dates of maximum occupancy may check-in on the first day be delayed for cleaning reasons, for a period of time not exceeding two hours. - Room cleaning hours are from 09:00 hours to 15:00 hours.
- The catering service in winter is open from 08:00 hours to 10:00 hours for breakfast, from 14:00 hours to 15:30 hours for lunch and from 20:00 hours to 22:00 hours for dinner.
- Restaurant service hours in summer are from 08:00 hours to 10:30 hours for breakfast, from 13:30 hours to 15:30 hours for lunch and from 20:00 hours to 22:30 hours for dinner.
- Room service hours are from 09:00 hours to 21:00 hours. - The cafeteria is open from 15:00 hours to 0:00 hours.
- The à la carte restaurant is open from 09:30 hours to 23:30 hours in summer and from 09:00 hours to 22:30 hours in winter. - The heated swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00 (winter only).
- The summer swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00. - The sauna opening hours will be as indicated on the information panel.
6.- Prohibitions:
- Smoking is forbidden in all the Hotel facilities, except in the rooms fitted out for this purpose, as well as bringing in food or drink to be consumed inside the restaurants and bars.
- The access of animals is prohibited, except for people accompanied by guide dogs, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5/1998, of 23 November, concerning the use in Andalusia of guide dogs by people with visual dysfunctions.
- Access to common areas of the establishment with work clothes, bathing clothes or tank tops is forbidden.
- The use of irons in the hotel rooms is prohibited for safety reasons.
- It is forbidden to use towels and other garments from the room outside the room.
- The use of lifts by minors unaccompanied by adults is prohibited.
- The use of the sauna by minors without parental supervision is prohibited.
7.- The stay in the establishment will be limited to the places reserved for the clients, without these being able to access the rooms or spaces reserved or private. Only persons registered in the hotel will be able to use the rooms and facilities of the hotel.
8.- Lights, heating, air conditioning, television, etc., must be switched off when leaving the room.
9.- The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss of objects of any kind, which are not deposited in custody. 10.- If you wish to have your room repaired, please hang the notice "please repair the room" on the outside of the door of your room on the outside of the door of your room. If you do not wish to be disturbed, hang the notice "Please do not disturb".
11.- It is recommended at all times:
- Keep an eye on your luggage and keep it under control.
- Inform reception of any type of health need (health service arranged).
- Close the door of the room when leaving, even for a short period of time.
- Lock your luggage when you are not using it and put it in the wardrobe. If it has a lock or password, always use it.
- Take care of your room key, do not just leave it at the reception desk, hand it to the concierge when you leave the hotel.
- Inform the Management of any abnormal circumstance or event that may be observed, both in the common areas and in the rooms.
- Identify yourself whenever requested to do so by hotel staff.
- Not to display jewellery, money or valuables in your room.
- Do not invite strangers into your room, do not allow persons to enter your room to make unsolicited deliveries, and do not allow Hotel staff to make any repairs that have not been requested or confirmed by the management.
- Not to reveal your room number to strangers.
- Not to discuss departure plans, excursions etc. in public.
- Not to show your room key in public.
- Report any damage or breakdown to Reception.
- Put out cigarettes before retiring to rest.
- To use the furniture and electrical installation of the room in an appropriate way, being this of 220 volts, as well as the gardens and common areas.
- To respect and not to make noise in the room areas during the night and during siesta hours.
- Respect the opening hours of all the Hotel's facilities and services, such as the restaurant and room service.
- Participate in any emergency or evacuation drill that takes place during your stay at the Hotel.
- Pay attention to children in dangerous areas such as the swimming pool.
- Do not consume water unnecessarily.
- Do not ask for a change of towel if it is not necessary.
12.- In accordance with the provisions of Decree 10/2003, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of Persons to Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities Establishments, access to and stay in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:
a) When the established capacity has been reached with the users inside the premises or establishment, except in the case of overbooking.
b) When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.
c) When the minimum age established for access to the premises has been exceeded, in accordance with current regulations.
d) When the person seeking access has not paid the entrance fee or seat in those cases in which this is required.
e) When the person displays violent attitudes, in particular, when they behave aggressively or provoke altercations, cause situations of danger or disturbance to other attendees, or do not meet the conditions of hygiene.
f) When the person carries weapons and objects that could be used as such, unless in accordance with the provisions of the specific regulations applicable at any given time, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private bodyguards integrated in private companies and access the establishment in the exercise of their duties.
g) When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or shows signs of obvious signs of being intoxicated.
h) When they cause noise that disturbs the normal running of the establishment.
i) When they adopt measures or attitudes against the health and cleanliness of the establishment.
j) When the normal coexistence of the establishment is violated.
